Chris Mitchell
Founder + Partner
Chris has over 25 years experience in the construction industry, starting out visiting job sites as a kid, and working for his father's renovation company in high school. He then went on to build homes from the ground up throughout Southern VA. Chris wanted the freedom to run his own company, so he started a company remodeling primarily kitchens and bathrooms. Since then, he now works on investment properties throughout Northern Virginia. Chris is also an Army veteran who served in Operation Iraqi Freedom & Operation Enduring Freedom. Growing up in Northern Virginia, Chris and his wife are raising their two children in Falls Church, Virginia
Nancy Hubacher
Real Estate Agent + Designer + Stager + Founder + Partner
Nancy, a licensed real estate agent since 2015 provides expanded services for home buyers and sellers. In addition, Nancy is a certified designer and offers full service staging and design consulting in addition to her work for Urban Cottage Design. Recently retired from a 23-career with the Washington Redskins, Football Team (now) Commanders, as Vice President Corporate Partnerships, she brings a marketing expertise to home sales consultation. Nancy, a proud mom of two; raised her (adult) children in Fairfax County, Virginia.
Mitch Gershman

Mitch has over 30 years of experience in Real Estate Investing and Property Management including a number of personal properties across the US. A University of Maryland graduate, former Telecom and C-Level Executive with the Washington Redskins, Mitch brings operational and financial expertise to Urban Cottage Design. Mitch raised his three (adult) children in Northern Virginia and resides in Fairfax Station, Virginia.
